Tonight's sampling of menu items at this well known Off Strip restaurant, Sparrow & Wolf,
Not really being a fan of lamb, Chef Brian tried "selling me" on braised lamb neck (not what you think). This was excellent and definitely not your Mother's lamb chops, not that it remotely close to a lamb chop at all!
Next up was Lamb Bolognese with Japanese Udon Noodles. Perfectly tender rice noodles, but not your typical puffy hair-thin noodles. These were hearty.
