One Of The Best in Las Vegas

Tonight's sampling of menu items at this well known Off Strip restaurant, Sparrow & Wolf,

are some of the most creative offerings and libations in Las Vegas, brought to us by Chef Brian Howard . This restaurant is a definite "must visit".
Not really being a fan of lamb, Chef Brian tried "selling me" on braised lamb neck (not what you think). This was excellent and definitely not your Mother's lamb chops, not that it remotely close to a lamb chop at all!
Next up was Lamb Bolognese with Japanese Udon Noodles. Perfectly tender rice noodles, but not your typical puffy hair-thin noodles. These were hearty.
Pictured are Olive Oil Poached Shrimp with Thai Curry Toast and Osso Buco Tortellini with edible flowers.
Keep in mind that these are smaller portions, designed for sharing. Enjoy!

Will Ridiculousness Finally Be Ending?

The US Department of Transportation had recognized that peacocks and pigs do not belong on airplanes. This has got out of hand by people taking advantage of a situation. Passengers can now rejoice!

The Southwest Culture

Southwest is my primary airline. I didn't know what to make of this back and forth review.
I've never had issues on SWA, no nasty employees, good communication and an all around good experiences... except for maybe a slightly faulty reclining seat.
I get FREE drink coupons, free checked bags and sometimes more Bailey's without a coupon.
It's the Southwest culture you have to get and understand before "lining up" and getting on the plane. If not, you lose.
