It's funny how you can make friends by criticizing their product, or in this case pizza.
After deleting a Yelp and TripAdvisor review, I was invited by Chef/Owner James Trees of Ada's and Esther's Kitchen in Las Vegas
After washing my hands and handed an official kitchen apron, James, as my instructor, proceeded to explain his recipe and technique.
Next was my turn....I learned a lot.
The pizza turned out great, crispy and NO FLOP! I would highly recommend Ada's in Tivoli Village.
Next stop Esther's Kitchen.

Went to Texas Roadhouse tonight in Fairfield Ca, where "mass market" beer is in full swing with people enjoying Bud Light and Coors Light. Regrettably my first choice, was Samuel Adams in a bottle, second was Modelo, usually good on tap, but not tonight. Really? How could I have ever consumed this stuff years ago? My tastes, and tastebuds, have certainly changed for the better.
